DU Wellness Challenge

DU Wellness Challenge

Hello! Current first year students here at DU enrolled in the class: Can TikTok Change the World? are conducting a final project where-in, they are participating in the DU Wellness Challenge.

Because finals are just around the corner, students are likely stressed and anxious, it is important to still have fun and do things that make you happy during this time.

This is where the challenge comes in, we are challenging university students to participate in at least one activity that brings them joy. It is statistically proven that happy people do better on exams. Students often think that the more they study the better they do on tests, but that is not always the case. It is important to take breaks so your brain doesn’t shut down and you will comprehend more information if you take breaks throughout your study session.

If you would like to participate in this campaign, please make a TikTok with the theme of mental health and add the hashtags #DUwellnesschallenge & #Fillingthewell to help us spread the word! Good luck with finals and make sure to take breaks and do something that makes you happy!
