Spring Mental Health First Aid Sessions

Monday, April 13th (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

The dates for Spring Mental Health First Aid trainings have been released! Join us Monday, April 13th for the first session of the season, or get trained at one of our future dates (May 15th, June 17th). This internationally-recognized certification is cost covered and can prepare you to support individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including suicidal ideation, panic attacks, psychosis, and more.

Fulbright US Program

Now open! The Fulbright U.S. Student Program

Now open! The Fulbright U.S. Student Program supports a year abroad in over 140 countries. Apply as a graduating senior, alum, Master's or PhD student to pursue graduate study, research, creative or performing arts, or to teach English. Open to any field of study! Applicants must work with DU's Office of Scholar Development & Fellowship Advising (SDFA) to be endorsed by DU. Campus deadline is September 1 for grants that start Fall 2027 / Winter 2028. Previous applicants suggest that you get started early! This spring, SDFA is offering an online info session in partnership with Fulbright as well as virtual and in-person Getting Started sessions. Sign up through the QR code or CrimsonConnect.

Enroll in NNE

Interested in Grad School? Enroll in NNE!

Students from the University of Denver who are interested in graduate school are encouraged to enroll in the National Name Exchange. NNE is a program managed by the Council of Graduate Schools, a membership association of nearly 500 universities in the US and Canada with the mission of improving graduate education, to help students explore graduate programs, apply to graduate school, and succeed once enrolled. Students are eligible to enroll in NNE their sophomore year at DU to current master’s students interested in furthering their graduate education. NNE enrollees will receive information and resources from the Council of Graduate Schools as well as possible outreach from interested institutions that participate in the program annually. Application fee waivers are available at certain institutions. You can learn more about the program on the CGS website and enroll by clicking on the Enroll Now link.

Did you receive excellent academic advising last quarter? Nominate your advisor for the Provost's Award for Excellence in Academic Advising. Graduate and undergraduate faculty and staff academic advisors, for whom advising is at least a portion of their responsibilities, are eligible to be nominated. Nominate your advisor here!

Summer Aid

The Summer Financial Aid Application is now available

Are you planning to take summer classes and need financial aid? If so, now's the time to submit the summer aid application! To apply for summer aid: Log into My4D. Click on the "Summer Financial Aid Application" link in the Financial Aid Information widget on your dashboard. Select the 2025-2026 Aid Year from the drop-down menu. Go to the Resources/Additional Information tab, indicate how many credits you plan to take, and submit. Once your application has been reviewed—typically within 3-4 weeks—you'll receive an email from the Financial Aid office with information about your aid options for the summer term.

Think about who has helped make the spaces, learning experiences, and digital events at DU more accessible.
