October is "Careers in Student Affairs" month - several staff from the Division of Student Affairs & Inclusive Excellence will be haning out in the Student Engagement & Wellness Suite (CCOM 3200 - Orange Walls) on Monday October 30th from 10am - noon to answer questions about their path to their jobs in student affairs.

Many of them served as RSO Officers, RAs, Orientation Leaders, and Peer Mentors/Educators when they were undergraduate students.

No need to RSVP, just swing by and say hi, and grab a cupcake!

RSO Finanace Forms & Where to Find them:

P-Card Check Out Request form, Supplemental Funding Application, and other RSO Finance Forms can all be access on the left-hand menu bar of the CrimsonConnect HomePage under "RSO Officer Quicklinks".

If the forms are asking you to sign in again when you click to open them, you may need to update your browser or clear your browser history.

RSO Handbook - Processes, Policies, Guidelines & More

If you haven't yet, we STRONGLY encourage you to bookmark and review the RSO Handbook. It covers the relevant policies we don't have time to cover during the Org 101 Trainings, including things like policies about chalking, playing music when you're tabling, and how to advertise on the digital displays in CCOM.

Webpage and PDF versions of the Handbook can be found in the "RSO Officer Quicklinks" section of the left-hand menu bar on the main CrimsonConnect homepage.

Org 101 Training - Recorded Sessions

Recorded sessions from the Virtual Org 101 Training are available!

You can check them out here:

These can all be found on the Org 101 Training page in CrimsonConnect as well.

REMEMBER: Before funds can be spent or P-Cards can be checked out, the person checking out the P-Card must have reviewed the RSO Finances Session and passed the Org 101 Finance Training Quiz for this year.
