One of the most helpful features of the app is the ability to request a Virtual Walkhome from Campus Safety Dispatch. This feature allows Campus Safety to monitor your progress to your end destination, ensuring you arrive safely. Virtual Walkhome will use your location services and, if necessary, the calling function of your device to call 911. Campus Safety will be able to monitor your progress to your end destination.

Families Find Healing at the INTO LIGHT on DU campus
University of Denver Libraries
The INTO LIGHT Project was born from the profound grief experienced by Theresa Clower, who lost her son Devin to a fentanyl overdose. The project's mission is simple yet powerful: to revolutionize the dialogue surrounding drug addiction through the raw and compelling language of art and storytelling.ÔÇ»ÔÇ» Set against the backdrop of a staggering national drug epidemic that claimed over 100,000 lives between April 2020 and April 2021, the INTO LIGHT Project exhibit serves as a catalyst for change.
This exhibit, scheduled to traverse the University of Denver campus from Aug. 31-Nov. 17, seeks to dismantle the stigma that surrounds addiction, correct misinformation and pave the way for meaningful conversations and education that foster empathy and understanding.ÔÇ»ÔÇ»
