Winter End of Quarter Stress Relief Event

Join Health Promotion, AAC, & 4D for an in-person End of Quarter Stress Relief Event, which happens every Wednesday of week 10! We will have distanced succulent pot painting and planting stations, stress ball making kits, and other fun stress relief activities. Register now before spots fill up fast! Priority registration will be for DU students.

ALL COVID PROTOCOLS WILL BE IN EFFECT, MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT THIS EVENT

CRC Mindfulness Garden Project

The Collegiate Recovery Community at DU is building a Mindfulness Meditation Garden in their backyard and could use your help! We will be having multiple work days (March 19, 20, April 2, and 3) up until our grand opening on Earth Day (April 22nd).

Please let us know if you would be interested in volunteering your time to help us build our project.

Ritchie Center Open During Spring Break:

Get active, social and engage in some friendly competition on your Spring Break #Staycation with DU Athletics & Recreation! Every day from 12-1:30pm all DU students are invited to attend a sports and activity hour for all levels and abilities.  Activities include ice skating, soccer, kickball, cornhole, can jam and more.  Each session has a capacity of 25 participants, so view the schedule and register here!  The Coors Fitness Center will remain open over spring break and operate with regular hours and open lap swimming.  Outdoor tennis and basketball courts at Stapleton Pavilion are also available, weather permitting, over the break and can be reserved on our website.

Do you want to learn Swedish?

The CWLC offers a 4-credit online course, Swedish for Beginners, taught by a Swedish as a Foreign Language instructor at Lund University in Sweden. It proposes an introduction to the Swedish Language, emphasizing interpretive listening and reading, presentational speaking and writing, and interpersonal communication skills. Cultural topics pertaining to Sweden and Swedish society aim to facilitate students’ transition into study abroad.
Successful completion of this course prepares students to register for Swedish as a Foreign Language: Level 2 (SFSA12) at Lund University.
Enroll in INTZ 1101 - Swedish 1 - M/W: 8:00-9:50 am - Spring quarter 2021

Do you want to learn Korean?

The CWLC is offering a 4-credit course, Korean for Beginners, taught online by a Korean instructor at the University of Western Australia. It proposes an introduction to the Korean Language, emphasizing interpretive listening and reading, presentational speaking and writing, and interpersonal communication skills. Cultural topics pertaining to Korean society aim to facilitate students’ transition into study abroad.
