A message from Chancellor Haefner on the conflict in the Middle East

Dear DU Community Members Since the first moment of the horrific terrorist attack by Hamas in Israel, witnessing the loss of life in Israel and Gaza has been gut-wrenching. In the days since, I have been engaged in thoughtful conversations in which community members offered their insights and expertise on these complex and deeply painful events. From this discourse, it is clear to me that the University of Denver is a caring community that condemns terrorism and violence and prays for peace.

Study Abroad Advising in the Fall

Get study abroad advising in fall!

Community Commons 3100
Study abroad drop-in peer advising is available Monday-Friday 10-11 am and 2-4 pm through week 10 this fall.

Monday-Thursday drop-in advising is available in Community Commons 3100 and on Fridays over Zoom (ID 819 2353 4447).

We highly recommend getting all your study abroad advising done during the fall quarter. Waiting until the winter quarter can be very stressful and limit your program options. The early application deadline is December 1 and is recommended for all programs with a limited and medium chance of acceptance (see programs brochure for your program's rating). Note that a few programs require that you make an appointment and meet with a program advisor before the deadline. The standard application deadline is February 1.
