The RSO Re-Registraiton priority deadline is May 31st. 

Thank you to those RSOs who have already submitted your Re-Registration Application! The USG Student Organizations Committee and Office of Student Engagement have started reviewing those. Please keep an eye on your CrimsonConnect "chat" in case there are modifications requested. 

For those who have not yet submitted, please review the step-by-step instructions and frequently asked questions that were sent out in a previous newsletter.

The USG Student Orgs Committee is hosting office hours in Beans:
Monday, Wednesdsay, Thursday | 5pm - 6pm

CCOM SPACE LOTTERY

The Driscoll & Community Commons regular meeting space lottery priority deadline is ALSO May 31st. 

We are conducting the RSO Space Lottery for the ENTIRE 2026-27 Academic Year.

The RSO Space Lottery helps ensure you have a space for your regular, recurring meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). As a part of this process, we also ask you place your ideal request in Momentus. which will make it easier for us to plot, confirm and/or modify.

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred request and will reach out if unable to. We will start plotting/confirming/modifying during week 9 with a goal to have your reservations set by June 2nd. Should you have any questions, please email them to CCEvents@du.edu

Student Comptroller Office Hours Cancelled this Week

With spending deadlines now passed and supplemental funding requests closed for the rest of the 2025-26 year, and with a long weekend approaching, this week's StudentComptroller Office Hours with Erika (which typically happen Fridays from 1-3pm in CCOM 1207) will be cancelled. 

Erika will be back for the last round of Office Hours for the academic year next Friday, May 29th, 1-3pm.

If you have any questions regarding funding, payments, expenses, your RSO accounts, etc, please reach out to studentcomptroller@du.edu with as much detail in the body of the email as possible. 

Sending emails to this address now creates work-tickets for their team, so please use the following naming convention for your subject line:

RSO Name - Reason for message - Date 

 

If responsibilities have transitioned to the 2026-27 Officers, please forward this message to those individuals so they can take care of the re-registation application.
