Starting in Winter Quarter, we are extending the RSO P-Card Checkout time blocks beyond the 3-hour blocks we’ve used previous quarters.
The new check-out schedule will operate as follows:
Any PCard picked up before noon must be returned by 9 PM the same day
Any PCard picked up after noon must be returned by Noon the following day
If there is no one available at the Community Commons Welcome Desk to receive your P-Card for drop-off, the student dropping off the card MUST fill out the P-Card Drop Off form (using the posted QR code) and then place the P-Card in the Drop Box behind the Welcome Desk.
Note that this is only when someone is unavailable – P-Cards should still be left with Welcome Desk workers whenever possible.
REMEBER: Receipts must be submitted via the receipt submission form within 3 business days of the purchase!!
USG Student Orgs Committee wants to plan things for you!
The USG Student Organizations Committee wants to plan check ins, events, and workshops for you as an RSO Officer, but we want to plan around the best possible times.
Please fill out this form to let us know what days and times you'd be most available to attend.
Update Your RSO Officers List
With peers returning from Study Abroad, it's a good time to take a look at your Officer's list on CrimsonConnect and make any necessary updates.
Only those listed on your officers list will receive these very important emails!
You may also want to review your member roster and move non-active members to "contact" status.
Org 101 Training & Quiz Completion
Don't forget that any Officer who will be spending money on behalf of the RSO needs to complete the Org 101 Training and pass the associated Org 101 Finance Quiz before a P-Card will be checked out to them.
Pre-Recorded trainings from this summer and the link to the quiz can be found here.
Keep an eye out for Winter in-Person Org 101 refresher sessions as well.
RSO Harm Reduction Reminder
Don't forget that every RSO is responsible for at least 25% of their membership completing a Harm Reduction workshop at some point during the year (before the RSO Re-Registration deadline at the end of Spring Quarter).
More information about the Harm Reduction Requirement can be found here.
Officers can request a Harm Reduction Workshop for an upcoming RSO meeting here.
Open workshops and events that meet the requirement can be found here (this list will be updated as more opportunities are added by workshop facilitators).
