IMPORTANT: P-Card Deadlines for Fall

The last day to request a P-Card for Fall Quarter is next Tuesday, November 11th.
With this in mind, all purchases should be made by Friday, November 14th, and receipts submitted before the end of finals week (Fiday, November 21).

The business office will not be reviewing P-Card checkout requests after the 11th until we return for Winter Quarter.

USG Finance, Diversity & Sustainability Committees will not be reviewing supplemental funding requests over Winter Break, so if you have a funding need for an early Winter-Quarter event you should submit it in time to be reviewed by Week 10.

NOTE: Any RSOs who have already been approved by the Business Office for a Travel P-Card over break should still put in their requests as discussed with Tommy Nagle.

Please also note, the Business Office (studentcomptroller) tends to communicate through the CrimsonConnect chat feature most often if they require an update to something that's been submitted. Failure to respond to those chat messages could result in loss of spending privileges.
