Congratulations your RSO is APPROVED!


If you are receiving this email it means that you're an officer (or advisor) of one or more RSOs that is fully approved for the 2025-2026 academic year!

This also means that your RSO will receive a base allocation of funding at the start of Fall Quarter based on the total spent last academic year. The Student Affairs Business Office, Undergraduate Student Government, and Office of Student Engagement are still working on the details of the base allocations for this coming year, but more details will be shared in a future newsletter and during Org 101 Training.

As an RSO Officer two VERY important things are happening on Sunday, September 7th (the day before fall classes begin). 
 

Org 101 Training - Early Afternoon
(lunch provided)

It is expected that all RSO Officers attend this year's IN PERSON Org 101 Training on Sunday, September 7th. For now, please hold time from 11am - 2pm on your calendar.

We're still mapping out the specifics of the schedule and we're seeking your feedback to help us! Please fill out this short survey so we can ensure we prioritize the most important topics. A CrimsonConnect event will be sent out in a following RSO newsletter. 

 

Student Involvement Fair - Early Evening

If your RSO plans to table at the annual involvement fair, please fill out this form, and please hold 4:30-8pm on your calendars for now, to allow time for check in, set up, and cleanup before and after the fair. 

We plan to bring the Involvement Fair back to Race Street and Dimond Family Residential Village Green this year, and having an accurate list of organizations who plan to participate will help us immensely in mapping out the logistics for the fair. 

RSOs not yet fully approved

NOTE: Below is a list of RSOs from whom we are still awaiting edits to re-registration documents or from whom we have not yet received anything.

If you also serve as an officer for one of the following groups, you can reach out to studentengagement@du.edu for clarification on next steps to ensure full approval before the start of the school year.

Additional followup will also be sent to officers we have on file for these groups, but note that this may include last year's officers rather than incoming officers. 

Full approval is required before funding can be requested or a table at the Involvement Fair will be reserved for the group.
