About Us
The DU Yoga Club strives to provide a welcoming and relaxed environment where students feel comfortable exploring different forms of yoga and meditation. We host gatherings weekly where we explore various topics such as meditation, stress, sustainability, relationships etc. Each meeting incorporates asana (yoga poses), mantra or silent meditation, and a discussion at the end. We hope to provide an environment where students can connect and gain tools to improve their physical and mental health throughout college.
