As part of Mental Health Week, we encourage everyone to explore campus for a Mindful Mile. Pre-register for the walk here and automatically be entered into a raffle of prizes donated by our sponsors.
Throughout the walk, stop at our designated checkpoints for Mindful tips, then after you finish, head to Starbucks (located in the Community Commons) for a 50% off Grande beverage.

When registering for this event, you are automatically placed into our raffle. The raffle prize includes DU swag, Mindful swag & $100 meal plan cash!
