About Us
DU Swing & Line Dance was founded in the Spring of 2026 with the goal of sharing the activity of dancing with all. This club strives to introduce as many people as possible to dancing by providing weekly lessons and social dancing to create a space for people to grow together in country swing and line dancing. The best part? The club is completely free and no experience is necessary. Want to try it out? Here is some things to know: - DU S&L want it to be easy to show up and learn, so there is no fee, membership requirements, or commitment necessary. - Everyone is welcome! Whether you danced swing for years, have danced ballet, or have never stepped on a dance floor before we want you to come try this out. - Our meetings are almost every Tuesday night from 6:30-9 on the first floor of CCOM. They are open house style so show up and leave as your schedule permits. Things can change so check out our Instagram, @ducountrydance, for the most up to date information on each weeks meeting. - Can't make Tuesday nights? Want to dance more?
