The Latin American Indigenous Student Association (LAISA) is dedicated to fostering a sense of unity, pride, and empowerment among Indigenous students hailing from diverse regions of Latin America. We strive to preserve and celebrate our rich cultural heritage, languages, and traditions while advocating for the unique needs and interests of Indigenous students within the academic environment. Furthermore, LAISA extends a warm welcome to individuals who are not of Latin American Indigenous descent but are passionate about learning, appreciating, and supporting Indigenous cultures. We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive community where cultural exchange and understanding can thrive.
