Jared Del Rosso

Jared Del Rosso is professor of Sociology & Criminology in the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences at the University of Denver. He’s written two books on denial, Talking About Torture: How Political Discourse Shapes the Debate (Columbia University Press, 2015) and Denial: How We Hide, Ignore, and Explain Away Problems (NYU Press, 2022). Since joining DU in 2012, he’s taught courses on violence, denial, technology, and the environment.
