Our Mission

QUE's mission is to promote the social and professional development of LGBTQIA+ employees at the University of Denver by providing opportunities for social networking and connection, advocating for the needs of our community, fostering a climate of inclusion, and providing resources for employees who hold LGBTQ+ identities.

Member Benefits

Membership for QUE is open to any staff, faculty, or graduate student employee affiliated and employed with the University of Denver that holds an LGBTQIA+ identity. We meet at least once a month for a scheduled regular meeting and have plans to expand community building and fun activities to be more regular, as much as weekly. Attendance at meetings and programs are potentially open to interested parties. Only Members and Executive Members are allowed to vote in elections or other relevant matters. The group will recruit membership from all levels of the University and is not exclusively for benefited or non-exempt staff. QUE offers several leadership opportunities for interested members.
