The Office of Student Employment is hiring for two open positions. We are looking to hire a marketing and communications assistant to help with our office communications strategy, which includes email, social media, flyers, and other marketing. We are also looking to hire a program assistant to help with programming and trainings for student employees and their supervisors on-campus. The deadline to apply to both of these jobs is June 4, 2024.

Join DU Programming Board at Levitt Pavilion for MusicFest, featuring country artist and Colorado native Langdon Bradley, DU Battle of the Bands winner Judith Hindle, and our long-awaited headlining act: Bryce Vine!!!

Bryce Vine is an energetic artist known for his college performances, whose catchy melodies and lyrics have made him go viral several times. His ability to blend genres including pop, rap, indie, and R&B has garnered him a wide audience.

Langdon Bradley is a local up-and-coming country artist who has been rapidly been gaining popularity thanks to his innovative singer-songwriter style, heartfelt lyrics, and acoustic instrumentation.

Doors open at 6:00pm.

RSVP is 100% FREE for all.

DU students register through this Crimson Connect event and check-in at the student entrance at Levitt Pavilion, where you will be directed to the limited DU student section. The first 50 to check-in will get a FREE MusicFest T-shirt.

All guests, staff/faculty, and Denver community that would like to attend can find free or VIP tickets at the Levitt Pavilion Website here: https://www.levittdenver.org/summer-concert-series#/events.

We will have a shuttle service with regular intervals for DU students running trips from Asbury Ave just North of Campus Green to Levitt Pavilion starting at 6:00pm and returning service from Levitt Pavilion to the DU Campus between 9:30 - 10:30pm. An ADA accessible bus is available, but with limited availability, so please respond to the question in registration regarding transportation if you would like to reserve a space.

Levitt Pavilion will have many food trucks, vendors, and concessions available for purchase, so feel free to get there early and enjoy the show.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO TO LEVITT PAVILION DENVER -

SEATING:
No chairs are provided, this and all free concert series shows are lawn seating. We recommend bringing your own blankets or chairs (preferably low lawn chairs) for seating. Rental chairs may be available on a limited basis at the guest services table.
DU Students will have a fenced in student section, requiring a specific wristband for entry.

PARKING:
On concert days, all cars enter our park on the south side of Ruby Hill Park on Jewell Avenue (indicated by the Yellow Star on the map below). Follow signs and our flaggers who will direct you to the best place to park.

If you require ADA parking, please tell our attendant upon entering and they will direct you to these first-come-first-serve spaces. ADA parking is located right outside of the main entrance, designated on the map below.

Parking on the park grass is illegal and violators will be ticketed or towed.

ENTRY:
General Admission guests will enter via the gate on the grass located near the main entrance. DU Students will enter at the DUPB Tent entrance to receive a special wristband. If you require ADA seating section, tell a security agent upon entrance.

RULES:
Lawn chairs, picnic blankets, food (with plastic utensils), empty water bottles and factory sealed beverages allowed. Alcohol, marijuana, glass, and weapons are strictly prohibited.

Please be advised that hula hoops, juggling equipment and poi balls are not permitted in the venue for safety and capacity reasons. If you arrive at the venue with these items, you’ll be asked to return them to your vehicle before entering.

DU’s Center for Child and Family Psychology is looking for furniture donations! Our psychology clinic serves the community by providing affordable therapy and assessments to youth & their families. We are seeking gently used furniture without obvious stains, rips, etc., such as: Couches Side tables/coffee tables Chairs Lamps Area rugs Throw pillows/blankets Framed artwork Donations can be delivered to Frontier Hall at DU (pick-up may be available upon request).

The Center for a Regenerative is conducting a survey to measure the emotional and psychological impacts of global environmental change (climate change, pollution, degradation of biodiversity, etc.) All students are welcome to take the survey, and it is only 10 minutes.
