A few weeks ago, Chancellor Haefner made the exciting announcement that Elizabeth G. Loboa, PhD, is our new provost and executive Vice Chancellor here at the University of Denver. Her background, passion for faculty development, commitment to communication and transparency, and most importantly, her clear vision for the future of higher education make Elizabeth an ideal individual for the role of DU’s chief academic officer. She joined the DU community on August 20, 2025. You can read more about Elizabeth, her career path, and her accomplishments on the DU website. More info
