Our Singers

Scott Simpson - he/him

Having grown up in the great state of Alabama, Scott Simpson was there for the moon landing. In fact, he's still there. Much like Hatsune Miku, Scott holographically projects to multiple venues simultaneously to put on concerts for millions. All the lone baritones in underfunded high school choirs? Scott Simpson. The cantor at your church? Scott Simpson. The mysterious yet attention-seeking twenty-something man who wins the cruise ship lip syncing contest by dancing and singing to The Weather Girls' "It's Raining Men"? Scott Simpson. Tony the Tiger? Scott Simpson. "President" of Exit 205 Acapella? Scott Simpson.

Maggie Colie - she/her

Hailing from Charleston, South Carolina, Maggie Colie may be Exit 205's music director, but before all else she is a St. Louis Cardinals Superfan. Maggie joined Exit 205 Acapella because it was "the closest [she] could find to a Cardinals fan club" on campus, but she has found great success as our music director, in large part thanks to her vast experience arranging "Take Me Out to the Ball Game." Maggie has arranged Take Me Out to the Ball Game for more than seventy thousand combinations of instruments, but the greatest of them all, Maggie's magnum opus, is her acapella arrangement of the piece she created just for Exit 205. Her ultimate dream is to one day perform this piece at the World Series, which she believes will so greatly inspire the St. Louis Cardinals that they will not only win the world series; they will never lose a baseball game again.

Gavin Farr - he/him

He's a simple man. He likes bread.

Jordan Koler - she/her

Jordan joined her first choir in third grade and has been in singing groups ever since. She loves singing to de-stress, have fun, and make unforgettable memories. Jordan is double-majoring in economics and math, and you might see her around playing volleyball, hiking, and organizing events for Catholic Student Fellowship, where she is Vice President.

Zoe D'Argonne - she/her

Zoe started her journey into the arts at the young age of three. She has been dancing for sixteen years, practicing voice for over seven years, and acting since third grade. As a psychology major and dance captain, she spends her time choreographing our movements and judging individuals' mental illnesses.

Kori Jones - she/her

Kori once told a young child that she could do anything. That child is now Santa Claus. Exit 205 accepted Kori in the hopes that she could turn us into Santa Claus. She is also an incredible singer, which almost makes up for the fact that she has not yet turned us into Santa Claus.

Maddie O'Donnell - she/her

As the daughter of Bj├rn Ulvaeus and Agnetha F├ñltskog, this chiquitita has been a dancing queen since she could strut. Although she loves singing with Exit 205 today, she has a dream to perform post-mortem in an Exit 205 hologram concert.

Delaney Riley - she/her

Delaney would make a great Anastasia in a production of Anastasia. If you are a casting director for a production of Anastasia, please reach out to Delaney at your earliest convenience. We have confirmed that she is interested and she would do an amazing job.

Jack McHugh - he/him

Best known for his role as "Young Flick" in Happy Feet, Jack makes his living helping burgeoning young bowlers go pro. You can find Jack at the bowling rink singing inspirational music to his students every Thursday night! His students attend all of Exit's events: they cheer us on at our performances, sit in on our rehearsals, and watch us sleep through our bedroom windows.

Jeffrey Ossam - he/him

Hailing from Queens, Jeffrey knows New York City like the back of his hand. Sixty years he drove those streets, sixty years! And he doesn't regret a second of it. However, as Uber and Lyft have begun spelling the end of the golden age of the taxi cab, Jeffrey has come to Denver in search of a new life and a new passion. This he found singing with Exit 205 Acapella as a tenor and beatboxer.

James Schmidt - he/him

James Schmidt, internationally celebrated manager of The top dog supermodel, King Charles Spaniel, Tango Nicklebach, is best known for his side by side role in Tango's 1999 L'Oreal debut commercial/musical. James and Tango annually compete in the NBC National Dog Show (you know the one), where they've kept their 9th place streak since 2014. James has learned many things from Tango, but above all else, he has learned to be a phenomenal bass and beatboxer for Exit 205 Acapella.
