About Us

Members of the club not only share a commitment towards developing the Daniels College of Business’ finance infrastructure, but ultimately, they are driven to see Daniels among the elite institutions in the world; a place they feel it rightfully should be. The Finance Club seeks to educate its members in the many areas of finance, by developing its members’ financial skills and interviewing techniques and placing its members at leading financial institutions. We will continue to seek out new opportunities to expand our skill set and further our progress in the world of finance.

Investor Relations Panel

Investor Relations (IR) is a strategic management function that integrates finance, communication, and marketing to manage the flow of information between a public company and the financial community. It aims to achieve fair company valuation, build trust, and maintain investor confidence through transparent, consistent messaging. Key activities include maintaining relationships with investors, developing and delivering corporate messaging, handling crisis communications, reporting financial performance, coordinating investor meetings and events, monitoring market trends and feedback, ensuring regulatory compliance, and gathering and relaying investor insights and concerns. Please join us as our panel of 2 Reiman alums talk about their experiences as members of IR teams in the corporate world. They will talk about IR strategies, how investors evaluate companies, valuation frameworks, and what effective public-company communication looks like in practice.
