How long can I use my period underwear?
This depends on your flow! They can be worn for about 8 hours on average for a heavier flow day. If you have a heavier flow, you may need to change sooner, and with a lighter flow you may be able to last a full 24 hours. We recommend not exceeding 24 hours between changes
When do I know they're full?
If you have any leaking, your underwear probably just surpassed their full point. It will become intuitive with practice, but when the padding starts to feel a bit heavy or like it's not absorbing anymore, they are likely full!
How do I know if they're clean after hand washing?
When hand washing, you know they're clean if the water runs clear when you wring them out and if there isn't any residue left visibly on the surface
