If you are curious about positions or interested in running, everything you need to know can be found on the Spring 2026 Election Website. You'll find links to all of the required forms, quizzes, and documents you'll need, including the official election guide. Questions? Women in Leadership Panel & Financial Literacy Workshop

LeadHer Collective: Women in Leadership Panel & Financial Literacy Workshop Join us for an empowering afternoon designed to connect, educate, and inspire. Hosted by LeadHer Collective, an initiative built for First-gen women by first-gen women. This event brings together women leaders, founders, and finance professionals to share their experiences while equipping students with practical financial skills. The event will have the following activities:

  • Financial Literacy Workshop (1:00–2:30 PM) in collaboration with Chase Bank professionals, covering topics such as budgeting, investing, and financial planning. 
  • Women in Leadership Panel (3:00–4:00 PM), featuring accomplished women business owners and leaders who will share their journeys and engage with students through an interactive Q&A in collaboration with Colorado Women's Hall of Fame, Dress For Success, and Colorado Business Women. Each organization will also have a representative at the event who will share their resources and opportunities with students.

Photo Showcase

Community Engagement Photo Showcase

Call for Photo Submissions! DU students, both graduate and undergraduate, are invited to submit a photo and a short story highlighting the impact of their community engagement. Entries will be featured in the Community Engagement Photo Showcase at the Public Good Celebration on May 13 and displayed in the Community Commons gallery through June. Awards will be given to entries that most effectively showcase the CCESL pathways: Think, Connect, Reflect, Act.

Yeti Award

Nominate a Person or Office for a 4D Yeti Award!

Is there a professor, staff member, or office/department on campus that has contributed to your well-being or purpose in significant ways? Take a few minutes to nominate them for a 4D Yeti Award on Crimson Connect by Friday, April 17th! The yeti captures the imagination, makes big strides, and leaves a large imprint wherever they go. As such, the 4D Yeti Awards recognize those who have made big or bold impressions to support student growth across the four dimensions (intellect, character, well-being, and purpose). The annual 4D Yeti Award recipients will be recognized at the "Stars in Our Constellation" lunch at the 4D Symposium (May 7-8).

Summer Financial Aid

The Summer Financial Aid Application is now available

Are you planning to take summer classes and need financial aid? If so, now's the time to submit the summer aid application! To apply for summer aid: Log into My4D. Click on the "Summer Financial Aid Application" link in the Financial Aid Information widget on your dashboard. Select the 2025-2026 Aid Year from the drop-down menu. Go to the Resources/Additional Information tab, indicate how many credits you plan to take, and submit. Once your application has been reviewed—typically within 3-4 weeks—you'll receive an email from the Financial Aid office with information about your aid options for the summer term.

PiNS Student Signature Work Grants

Research and creative projects are a key part of your undergraduate experience! Do you have a project or idea but aren't sure how to fund it? PinS Student Signature Work Grants support undergraduate students pursuing research or creative projects that aim to deepen understanding, spark innovation, or tackle real-world challenges. Application deadline for Summer or Fall projects is April 27th, 2026!

To help make it possible, submit the Summer Aid Application opening April 1, 2026, to see what financial aid you may be eligible for. 

Grad School

Interested in Grad School? Enroll in NNE!

Students from the University of Denver who are interested in graduate school are encouraged to enroll in the National Name Exchange. NNE is a program managed by the Council of Graduate Schools, a membership association of nearly 500 universities in the US and Canada with the mission of improving graduate education, to help students explore graduate programs, apply to graduate school, and succeed once enrolled. Students are eligible to enroll in NNE their sophomore year at DU to current master’s students interested in furthering their graduate education. NNE enrollees will receive information and resources from the Council of Graduate Schools as well as possible outreach from interested institutions that participate in the program annually. Application fee waivers are available at certain institutions. You can learn more about the program on the CGS website and enroll here
