The Excelling Leaders Institute (ELI) is a four-year program focused on student leaders from diverse backgrounds that begins with an on-campus, pre-orientation retreat. Through ELI, students are paired with peer mentors, a strong alumni base, and a community of support. We focus strongly on identity, leadership, and community engagement throughout the program to ensure our students thrive at DU and beyond.
