Graduate Student Appreciation Week (GSAW) is an annual celebration where universities nationwide recognize the invaluable contributions of graduate students to campus life. This year, the University of Denver will honor our graduate student community from April 6 - April 10. We have something for everyone; social, professional, and wellness events throughout the week! APRIL 6| 9AM - 12 PM

GSAW: KICK OFF @ BEANS

Join us on Monday, April 6, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Beans for the official Graduate Appreciation Week kickoff! All graduate students are invited come and enjoy one free drink, hot or cold, on us.

GSAW: PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS

Reserve your spot for a professional headshot that will be happening at the Burwell Center all day on Monday and Tuesday from 12:30pm - 4:30pm. We will have a professional closet open during the entire event in case you want to use it. Register now to reserve your spot here

GSAW: OPEN HOUSE- LINKEDIN TIPS AND STRATEGIES

Burwell Center will provide individual LinkedIn tips and strategies for graduate students on a drop-in basis. No appointment or registration is required for those planning to join in person but if you are planning to join online you are required to register ahead of time on PCO (https://www.du.edu/pco), under the appointments tab after they login

Free snacks and drinks will be provided for those in-person. There will be a raffle draw to win cool prizes. Here .

GSAW: GRAD WELLNESS POP-UP

Take a break and recharge during Graduate Student Appreciation Week at our Wellness Day designed just for graduate students. Enjoy relaxing experiences like an Oxygen bar, Chi-machine sessions, and Massage chairs to help you unwind and reset. You can also tap into your creativity at the crafts station and enter our wellness book raffle for a chance to win resources that support your well-being.
