Here is a snapshot of what to expect and what you'll need if you will be the person responsible for registering a new RSO or re-registering your RSO in the Spring for the following year:
Use your first.last@du.edu email address and password to log into crimsonconnect.du.edu
Use the "Group" icon at the top of the page and click the blue "+All Groups" button.
This will open a new page with a full list of current Orgs and information at the top of the page about registering a new RSO.
In the Spring quarter, you'll know if your Org still needs to Re-Register because when you log into CrimsonConnect and navigate to your organization, you will see a blue "Re-Register Your Group" button. Clicking on that will take you to the Re-Registration form.
During the Spring Re-Registration window, if the following year's leadership has been elected, they should be the ones to re-register, if they have not yet been elected, the first few weeks of Spring Quarter are a great time to hold elections.
If your elections will not happen until after the re-registration window, current leadership may re-register your group, and will be responsible for updating the officer list when leadership transitions. Alternatively, anyone listed on the Membership roster for your RSO will have the ability to re-register your RSO.
You will need the following in order to Register or Re-register, so gather your materials before you begin the form (all of these documents can be found here (halfway down the page), or can be obtained with their direct hyperlinks below):
